Summary

​Job Responsibilities:​

  1. Develop comprehensive mid-to-long-term creative development strategies, positioning, and plans for footwear products based on the company’s strategic objectives.
  2. Oversee and coordinate the annual creative themes, design directions, design elements, color palettes, patterns, and refinement of brand DNA symbols to establish core product DNA, brand identity (LOGO), key creative messaging, and a cohesive product image.
  3. Strategically guide the overall positioning and tonality of footwear products, lead pre-brainstorming workshops for design teams, and participate in quarterly planning presentations, design pitches, and selection meetings.
  4. Conduct research on brand consumer profiles, collaborate with brand teams to craft product narratives, communicate marketing messages, accurately capture brand aesthetics, and integrate the overall seasonal product assortment.
  5. Manage creative oversight and continuously optimize design processes, operational mechanisms, team structures, and talent pipeline development aligned with future business needs to elevate organizational capabilities across the department.​


Qualifications:​

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above with a passion for sports.
  2. Over 10 years of relevant creative/design experience in footwear products.
  3. Global perspective and innovative product coordination abilities, with aptitude to anticipate creative trends in the footwear market.
  4. Strong consumer market research capabilities, exceptional product creativity and innovation, highly acute color sensitivity, and strong aesthetic judgment for products.
