Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Operations
- Oversee shift operations and delegate tasks to team members
- Maintain service quality and address customer feedback professionally
- Train and support staff to uphold company standards
Health, Safety & Cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness in food prep, service, and storage areas
Inventory & Administrative Support
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
- Manage POS systems and contribute to daily reporting
- Support staff scheduling and task management
Work Schedule
- 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening)
- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required
Candidate Requirements
- Must currently reside in Canada with valid work authorization
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a supervisory role in food service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of food handling and customer service best practices
Immigration Support
- This role is eligible for RCIP (Recognized Candidates in Canada) immigration support for qualifying individuals
- Support is based on meeting program requirements and performance in the role
