・学歴不問

・中規模以上のレストランにおけるサービス従事者として 3年～5年程度以上の経験がある

・高い問題解決能力、モチベーションの維持、トレーニング能力、リーダーシップ能力がある

・日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き、会話）

・英語：日常会話以上（読み書き、会話）

・ホテルでの就業経験者歓迎

・宴席対応の経験のある方歓迎

As one of our F&B Supervisors, you could assist our Head of Food & Beverage and Duty Manager from the perspective of all operations, and contribute to the management of controlling and maintaining the quality of our guest service, and achieve the department's overall profit goals.

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have:

• Demonstrated Food and Beverage knowledge such as Cocktail, Barista or Service
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of personal presentation and grooming.
• Flexibility to work various shifts during your roster
