Role Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and creative Fondant Cake Pastry Chef & Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for a passionate cake artist who thrives both in the kitchen and in the classroom, guiding students through the art and science of fondant cake decoration.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct professional training sessions on fondant and themed cakes, covering tiered cakes, sculpting, figurines, and decorative techniques.
  • Plan and update fondant modules in line with global trends and industry needs.
  • Mentor students through practical sessions, providing feedback, supervision, and performance assessments.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are followed in all kitchen sessions.
  • Collaborate with faculty and contribute to workshops, live events, and special masterclasses.


Requirements:


  • Diploma/Certification in Baking & Pastry Arts.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in fondant cake designing.
  • Previous teaching/training experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual ability is an advantage.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
