Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Flutter Developer with at least 2 years of work experience to join our talented development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building cross-platform mobile applications and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. As part of the Avinyaa EdTech team, you will contribute to developing and maintaining our mobile applications, shaping the future of education technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in mobile development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Proficient in Dart programming language.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application development principles, including responsive design, app architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
• Knowledge of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Firebase and cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in EdTech or related domains is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app testing tools.
• Candidates from Surat or nearby areas are preferred.
