Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement mobile solutions using Flutter and Angular. Contribute to the design and architecture of applications while adhering to best practices. Ensure that new and existing solutions align with industry standards and mobile development best practices.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to define business requirements, refine technical designs, and ensure smooth project delivery. Actively participate in team discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting sessions.
Technical Expertise:
Be a mobile domain expert for Flutter development and assist the team with technical challenges. Share knowledge and support the team in utilizing Flutter’s plugin ecosystem, UI concepts, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in agile development processes and ensure the continuous improvement of mobile technologies. Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in mobile app development, particularly with Flutter and Angular.
Problem-Solving & Technical Research:
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize complex codebases. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and flexibility.
Localization & Integration:
Ensure seamless localization within the mobile applications. Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and external systems as needed for app functionality.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years of experience in mobile development using Flutter.
Experience working with Angular and building scalable, high-performance web applications.
Proficiency with modern mobile development principles, including experience with the Flutter ecosystem (Dart, Widgets, BLoC, MVVM, etc.).
Solid understanding of design patterns, multi-threading, and API integration (RESTful APIs using JSON).
Familiarity with version control tools like Git and experience with Git flow and branching strategies.
Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Flutter (Dart), Angular, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of Flutter UI concepts like widget trees, CMS-driven design, and atomic design.
Knowledge of mobile design patterns (MVVM, BLoC) and best practices for Flutter.
Experience working with localization, external SDKs, and APIs.
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to work on complex, existing codebases.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in building mobile apps for large-scale platforms or enterprise solutions.
Familiarity with continuous integration and build tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Previous experience working in a theme park or entertainment industry is a bonus.
