THE ROLE

We're seeking a Mid/Senior Flutter Developer to join our core development team and help drive our next phase of growth. This isn't just another mobile development role – you'll be working at the intersection of Flutter, AI, and computer vision, creating apps that transform how people interact with visual content.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead Flutter Development: Take ownership of our mobile applications' architecture and development, ensuring best practices and optimal performance

Pioneer AI Integration: Work closely with our AI team to integrate cutting-edge computer vision algorithms into our Flutter applications

Architecture & Innovation: Design and implement scalable solutions that can handle our rapidly growing user base

Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and help shape our technical roadmap

Performance Optimization: Enhance app performance, especially for complex AI and image processing operations

Cross-platform Excellence: Ensure consistent, high-quality user experience across iOS and Android platforms

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Flutter development experience with proven track record of published apps
• Strong expertise in state management (Provider, Bloc, or similar)
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns
• Experience with performance optimization and memory management
• Solid understanding of both iOS and Android platforms
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Excellence in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of native development (iOS/Android)
• Understanding of computer vision concepts
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Experience with AI/ML integration in mobile apps
