We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to join our team and help us elevate our service to new heights.

Job Overview: The Floor Manager will work 4 days and week and oversee the daily operations of the bar floor, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen understanding of cocktail culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, addressing concerns, and maintaining high service standards.
• Staff Management: Supervise and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers, ensuring adherence to service protocols and cocktail preparation standards.
• Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies to maintain optimal bar operations.
• Shift Coordination: Manage daily shift operations, including staff schedules, workflow, and coverage during peak hours.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of beverages and service, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Sales and Promotions: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices and safe alcohol service.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
