This is a temporary role.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, identify data needs, and ensure alignment with source of truth datasets. You will be responsible for the documentation of projects and ensuring data solutions adhere to best practices in data management, including working with MS Fabric, Azure, and AWS environments.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
Education and Experience
Required:
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and certifications
+ 5 years of experience utilizing Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to deliver effective data solutions.
+ Familiarity with MS Fabric and Azure environments, including data integration and data governance practices.
+ Proven ability to work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
+ Experience in identifying data gaps, developing solutions, and ensuring data consistency and integrity.
+ Strong understanding of data best practices, including ETL processes, data modeling, and data visualization principles.
Preferred:
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to document technical concepts and solutions in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Knowledge of database structures, SQL, and data manipulation.
+ Relevant certifications or training in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Fabric, or Azure.
+ Experience with Azure and AWS data services.
+ Familiarity with data lake architecture and best practices.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with Key Stakeholders:
+ Partner with product teams, information security and finance organizations on compliance data.
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define reporting and data requirements, and translate them into actionable data insights.
+ Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize Power BI to create impactful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that help stakeholders make informed decisions. Ensure reports are actionable, accurate, and meet business objectives.
+ Process Automation: Leverage Power Automate to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and ensure the automation of routine tasks across systems.
+ App Development: Design and implement Power Apps solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency across departments.
+ Data Governance & Best Practices: Maintain and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality and integrity. Work with the team to identify gaps in source of truth datasets and recommend solutions to bridge those gaps.
+ Documentation & Reporting: Document data models, processes, automation workflows, and app configurations clearly and concisely. Create and maintain detailed project documentation to ensure transparency and consistency.
+ MS Fabric & Azure Integration: Work within the MS Fabric and Azure environments to integrate data sources, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow and availability for analysis.
+ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging data tools and technologies, ensuring best practices are implemented for data analytics and automation.
The pay range for this position is $26.82 to $46.16 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
