Summary

Vehicle Management

  • Initiating and completing vehicle registrations, insurance, vehicle passing and creating vehicle entries for company owned vehicles.
  • Maintaining vehicle fuel tags and registrations.
  • Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance.

Handling Fleet-related concerns

  • Addressing and handling Delivery Associate’s concerns related to fleet.
  • Answer questions and provide information to riders drivers; investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.

Vehicle Repair/Maintenance

  • Organizing and facilitating the repair of any damaged vehicle by coordinating with associated/contracted garages, vendors, and guiding the Delivery Associates accordingly.
  • Establish schedules and methods for providing vehicle and equipment maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.

Vehicle Inspection

  • Completing vehicle checks and damage reports upon delivery from Vendor and Delivery Associates and reporting the concerned party in case of any damage.
  • Conducting random checks and inspection of vehicles within the fleet.
  • Assisting in releasing the impounded Vehicle by coordinating with Delivery Associates, Vendors, concerned authority, and PRE.

Management Reporting

  • Analyzing and preparing the monthly fuel usage report and sharing with the reporting manager.
  • Maintaining daily fleet report and sharing with the reporting manager.
  • Preparing and providing monthly RTA fine and fleet deduction report to Finance department and ensuring the recovery.
  • Preparing vehicle check and damage reports upon collection from Vendor and Delivery Associates and sharing with the reporting manager on timely basis.

Asset Clearance

  • Following up and ensuring handover of assigned vehicles before relieving a Delivery Associate from duty; updating the clearance form and escalating to finance department in case of any discrepancy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree /diploma in any discipline.
  • A strong understanding of industry practices and company processes and standards in all areas of technology delivery.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel with dashboard and extensive report generations
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage frontline staff
