Summary

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector, by forecasting, sampling, providing price quotations and follow up of customer submissions and queries.
  • Identify, evaluate and drive business growth via new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and innovations.
  • Maintain customer information and database related to the accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive action plans driven by a thoughtful understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition data.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide ideas and tailored flavour solutions that meet their current and potential product needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role within the flavour or food ingredients industry. Strong network within the F&B manufacturing sector will be advantageous.
  • Good technical knowledge of food products and flavour applications.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and business retention, with knowledge of B2B environment.
  • Experience with preparing client reports, managing CRM platforms and the MS Office suite.
