Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, Inc., is looking for a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant to join our finance team. This role is essential in managing the company's fixed assets lifecycle—from acquisition and tracking to depreciation and disposal. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist in providing insights into asset utilization and capital investments.

Key Responsibilities{​{:}

• Maintain and update fixed asset records in compliance with company policies and accounting standard

• Coordinate the accurate recording of acquisitions, disposals, and transfers of fixed asset
s
• Calculate and post depreciation entries for fixed assets on a monthly basi
s
• Prepare and reconcile fixed asset reports and ensure timely financial reportin
g
• Assist with physical inventory counts of fixed assets and resolve discrepancie
s
• Provide support for audits related to fixed assets and capital expenditure
s
• Analyze trends in asset utilization and provide recommendations for optimizing asset managemen
t
• Work closely with departments to provide guidance on capital expenditure requests and fixed asset policie
s

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fiel
d
• 2+ years of experience in fixed asset accounting or asset managemen
t
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Exce
l
• Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting and depreciation method
s
• Attention to detail and strong analytical capabilitie
s
• Excellent organizational and time management skill
s
• Strong communication skills, both written and verba
l
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmen

• Experience with ERP systems is a plu
