Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Fitters, Welders, and CNC Machine Operators at GW Systems in Irondale, AL. The day-to-day tasks include fitting, welding, and operating CNC machines to fabricate and assemble components for industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Fitting, Welding, and CNC Machine Operation skills
• Experience in industrial construction or manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Certifications in welding or CNC machine operation are a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
