About The Role

A Project Manager role at Archway is all about coordinating commercial fitout projects competently and doing all possible with the team, to exceed our client’s design & delivery expectations.

This role requires you to:

• Establish and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate & deliver commercial fit-out projects while reporting back to various stakeholders.
• Work closely with the internal project team and subcontractors.
• Lead and take responsibility for the successful the delivery of projects.
• Monitor job progress against milestones and keep stakeholders updated weekly through project reporting and PCG meetings.
• Utilise project management software including Microsoft Project and Procore.

About You

You love fitout and its unique challenges, and you’re used to working in a fast-paced team with tight deadlines. You have experience in the fitout and construction industry and a thorough understanding of construction and project coordination principles. Working with our designers and sales team, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where communication and teamwork are key.

Required Qualifications & Experience:  

• A positive attitude and energetic approach.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial Fitout Project Management role.
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, time management skills.
• A portfolio of commercial projects and a solid work history.
• Management, client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
