We are looking for teammates who will work with us at MAC, Turkey’s #1 Fitness Operator, evolving into a digital wellness company with MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio, and NuSpa brands.

Responsibilities:

• Manage fitness products that interact with end users in both digital and physical environments.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, growth, and discontinuation.
• Develop and manage innovative products that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor product performance by analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and satisfaction scores to identify improvement areas.
• Conduct market research to track fitness trends, customer expectations, competition, and technological advancements.
• Define and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop fitness content and equipment solutions.
• Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with operations and marketing teams.
• Manage product budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate actionable insights, and coordinate reporting needs with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Sciences, or related fields (MBA or master’s degree preferred).
• Strong command of English.
• Experience in product management, particularly in companies that engage with end users through both physical and digital touchpoints.
• Knowledge of product development and management processes, with experience working with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Passion for sports and fitness, with personal experience in fitness or a healthy lifestyle.
