This position will be responsible for managing the Community Services Representative Payee Accounts, conducting accounts payable and procurement daily business supports including local travel, overnight travel, employee and other miscellaneous reimbursements, vendor invoices, reimbursements, creating purchase orders, and monitoring department procurement card transactions. This position will ensure compliance with Community Services, Prince William County Finance and Procurement, Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services, and Social Security Administration policies and procedures. Sample duties include maintaining records, conducting reconciliation, and monitoring funds in support of these activities, and working in collaboration with Community Services staff providing business support in these areas.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 4 years of accounts payable and procurement experience.
Preferences:
* Experience in Representative Payee program
* Experience working in a financial management system, preferably Oracle based financial management system.
* Experience in a state or local government, medical, or healthcare procure environment.
* Ability to handle multiple and varied tasks, to prioritize, organize, schedule and track.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
* Experience supporting large departments, organizations, or agencies.
* Experience supporting a multi-fund agency with federal, state, regional, and grant funding streams and complying with the various laws, regulations, and mandates for these special funds.
Special Requirements:
* Must possess a valid driver's license.
* Must pass DMV record check.
* Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate passing a fingerprinted-based national criminal history record check.
* Child Protective Services Requirements: Effective 1999, mandated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services 12VA35-105-400 rules and Regulations for Licensing Providers by the Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services related to Criminal Registry Checks, a search of the registry of founded complaints of child abuse and neglected maintained by the Department of Social Services.
Work Schedule: Remote work is possible, however some days in the office will be required in Prince William County government offices. The workday is flexible, with core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM being required. This position is in Woodbridge, Virginia.
Starting Salary Range:$65,910.00 - $92,907.75 Salary
