Were recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager for our key customer, in Northampton . Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of the customer service is delivered.

This is a full-time, permanent role working hours of 6pm-6am nights, 4 on 4 off

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 + annual nights allowance of £1,820 per annum and 23 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. What Youll Do On a Typical Day

• Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
• To plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
• Accountability for the individual and team performance of staff to ensure that high levels of productivity are maintained and where necessary redeploying colleagues quickly and efficiently.
• To understand customer ethos and operational priorities and be conversant with the targets contained within the contracts service level agreement and key performance indicators.

• Experience in motivating and leading teams within a fast-moving logistics environment
• Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles
