Job Description: Qualifications: * 8+ years of domain expertise in Firmware development on X86 or ARM Platforms including thermal management, power management, firmware update, device monitoring, firmware security, etc. * Must possess strong leadership values and ethics, must be willing to start from grounds-up and build a technically excellent team * Substantial and proven C programming knowledge * Strong background in Linux kernel, uboot, device drivers, UEFI / BIOS * Experience with various peripherals such as PCIe, USB, SDIO, SPI, I2C, I2S, GPIO, etc. * Excellent debugging skills, analytical & problem-solving skills * Experience in use of modern software development tools (Git/GitLab, Confluence, Jira) * Possess the technical proficiency and confidence to clearly represent design ideas, complex problem descriptions and innovative solutions with other developers as well as product teams
