We are currently seeking a Full-Time Finish Carpenter for immediate hire! Job Summary: The Finish Carpenter skills will be used to complete the finishing touches on trim and carpentry work for various areas in the manufacturing plant assembly line. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible to be on time and work a 40 hour work week. Overtime is required from time to time and is based on production needs. Required to work in a team atmosphere and willing to help other departments when needed. Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, cabinets, etc. Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications. Required Skills/Abilities: Must have some knowledge in cabinet installation, window molding and stair customizations, crown molding, baseboard installations, interior door installation, interior shelving, etc. Must have some knowledge in overall residential building construction. Education and Experience: High school diploma or relevant working experience. Will be required to review all company safety programs and policies upon employment. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to squat, lift, stretch, and bend in order to complete daily tasks. Must be able to work in and on overhead structures, as well as below machinery.
