Overview
Seeking a production finish carpenter.
90% of the work is production finish carpentry
10% of work being a mix of remodeling work.
Setting doors, casing doors, base trim, setting cabinets, etc.
A balance between speed and quality is key.
A person with real life production finish work is desired but willing to train the right individual.
The work can be very repetitive and rather monotonous
This is not cabinet making, furniture making, or high end custom work.
Subcontractor/1099 welcomed
Spanish speakers welcomed but must know some basic English.
Duties
Perform trim carpentry tasks including the installation of moldings, baseboards, and door frames.
Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials safely on job sites.
Experience
Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to construction sites.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents accurately.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
