Key Responsibilities Finish Carpentry: Execute precise finish carpentry tasks, including trim installation, molding, baseboards, and other detailed woodwork. Siding Installation: Install and repair siding on residential and commercial structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Framing: Assist with framing tasks as needed, contributing to the structural integrity of projects. Cabinet Installation: Install cabinet doors and hardware, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Utility Support: Serve as a utility player by assisting with various construction tasks beyond finish carpentry as required. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company standards and client specifications, maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Tool Maintenance: Maintain and organize personal tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety on job sites. Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of experience in finish carpentry or a related field. Skills: Proficient in various carpentry techniques, including siding, framing, and cabinet installation. Tools: Must have their own set of carpentry tools. Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
