Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and system compliance - full P&L responsibility
• Build team talent by hiring the correct people and then develop
• Drives sales through great guest experiences - repeat business is our core value
• Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors - personal organization is key to success
  
  

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume, fine-dining, or upscale restaurant
• Experience with a steakhouse strongly preferred
• Understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
• Strong organizational and leadership with creative problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to provide and take direction
