Summary

Job Title:Financing Channel Manager

Department: Financing Department / Financial Business Department / Strategic Investment Department

Reporting to: Director of Financing / CFO / Vice President of Investment

Work Location: Remote

I. Job responsibilities:

1. Financing channel development and maintenance

Responsible for the development and establishment of financing cooperation channels such as banks, trusts, brokerage firms, funds and leasing companies;


Establish and maintain good relationships with various financial institutions and partners to enhance the breadth and depth of the company's financing resources;


Pay attention to the financing market dynamics, explore new financing channels and product opportunities.


2. Financing program design and implementation

According to the company's financing needs, tailor-made financing solutions (debt, equity, hybrid structure);


Coordinate internal resources with external organizations to carry out project docking and due diligence;


Organize the preparation of financing materials, roadshows, negotiations and contract signing, and promote the efficient implementation of financing projects.


3. Financing process management and risk control

Follow up the whole financing process to ensure compliance, controllability and efficiency in all aspects;


Assist legal and financial departments in risk identification and terms review;


Monitor the financing cost, repayment plan and contract implementation, and warn potential risks in time.


4. Cross-sector collaboration and reporting support

Work closely with funding, finance, investment, legal and other teams;


Regularly report to management on the progress of financing projects, analysis of financing channels and suggestions for improvement;


Support financing-related parts of large-scale strategic cooperation projects.


II. Posting Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, finance, law, business administration and other related majors;


More than 5 years of experience in financing or channel management, with background in bank docking, financial leasing, real estate finance, industrial funds, etc. preferred;


Familiar with all kinds of financing tools and financial institutions' operation modes, and understand regulatory policies;


Strong negotiation and communication skills, business sensitivity and stress resistance;


Be able to independently undertake the responsibility of financing project landing, successful financing experience is preferred;


Good financial resources and cooperation network is a plus.
