Senior Financial Control & Accounting Manager

Are you ready to lead our FC&A team? Marks Sattin is looking for a Senior Financial Control & Accounting Manager for one of our clients. You'll support the sub-regional lead FC&A Netherlands, overseeing financial control activities for Corporate Service Units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial closing and analysis.
• Lead a team of 7 FTEs, providing guidance and support.
• Offer insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Address issues during closing and drive improvement actions.
• Act as the finance representative in the country leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
• Prepare annual financial statements and manage audits.
• Promote continuous improvement and drive transformational initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling or CPA.
• 7+ years of experience in Accounting/Controlling.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, IFRS principles.
• Experience in supervising/mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP FI/CO is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient.
