My client is a global financial services firm, the Head of IT is looking for an experienced and technical SAP Solution Architect to will drive the architecture of their SAP platform. The role will also include people management, project delivery, and driving overall technology success.

Responsibilities:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, Fiori, Analytics Cloud (SAC), SKF, SAP Concur, and cloud-based SAP deployment solutions.
• Hands-on problem solver, able to step in and resolve issues effectively during critical or high-pressure situations.
• Responsible for SAP architecture design, implementation, customization, and system integration.
• Proficient in SAP development tools and methodologies, including ABAP and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Integrating SAP with non-SAP systems using APIs, web services
• Knowledgeable in SAP security and compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and SOX.
• Familiar with agile delivery frameworks and DevOps practices in SAP environments.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Simplify complex technical concepts and delivering well-structured, scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• 15 years of professional experience in SAP consulting, system integration, and application architecture
• Proven track record of successfully designing, customizing, and implementing SAP solutions for multiple clients
• Experience in leading SAP projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic roadmap for SAP
• Hands-on experience with various SAP modules, especially those relevant to financial institutions (e.g., FI, CO, BW, BI)
• Exposure to different industries
• Experience in SAP technical sizing, design, installation, upgrade, and migration to S/4HANA
• Demonstrated ability to work out the strategic roadmap of SAP and finance technology architecture for clients
• Ability to provide strategic guidance and influence the direction of SAP initiatives within the organization and for clients
• May hold relevant SAP certifications
