An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Financial Sales Advisor to join a successful and expanding financial services firm. This organisation is highly specialised in providing tailored life and pension solutions to self-employed professional contractors across Ireland. The firm is well-positioned for further growth and is seeking a motivated sales professional to play a key role in capitalising on increasing demand and new business referral channels.


Role Overview:

The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated advisors and play a strategic role in driving new business, building strong relationships with partners, and delivering high-quality financial planning services. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone with a strong background in life and pensions, particularly in retirement planning and protection.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within a structured and supportive sales environment.
  • Utilise established in-house systems and processes to track sales, manage pipelines, and ensure timely processing of business.
  • Manage and implement structured personal sales plans and contribute to team growth initiatives.
  • Meet all internal compliance standards and ensure client files are completed accurately in line with Central Bank of Ireland regulations.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, payroll teams, and life assurance providers to coordinate client onboarding and policy management.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of targeted sales campaigns alongside senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with product providers, account managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Track and report commission income (actuals and accruals) on a monthly basis for senior leadership review.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in the Irish financial services industry
  • Fully qualified with both QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designations, along with up-to-date CPD records.
  • Strong technical knowledge across life, pensions, and investment products.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic and structured approach to sales and client management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
