Position Summary

The Financial Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for performing various accounting reports and activities such as but not limited to management reports, ad hoc data analysis, operations KPI and metrics reports, etc.

The role will also assist in the execution of day-to-day finance activities to enhance, maintain, and monitor the control environment of the company’s global operations.

Location: Manila

The Role

  • Prepare and deliver in a timely and accurate manner the daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly financial reports to support in achieving the organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and communicate the monthly productivity, accuracy, and timeliness reports to the management team.
  • Maintain and update operations dashboards that aid in their daily huddles.
  • Assist with the quarter-end close process on reporting the unpaid invoices.
  • Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports that are critical to balance sheet reporting and write-off process.
  • Prepare and distribute reports pertinent to AP controls execution such as duplicate invoices review.
  • Act as a business partner by providing bi-weekly cash forecasting results to Treasury and other global finance leaders.
  • Work closely with management team in identifying opportunities to improve finance processes in Manila.
  • Support Operational Excellence activities delegated by OE team.

The Candidate

  • BS Accountancy graduate (CPA is a plus).
  • Min 3 to 5 of experience in a Shared Services Center environment, financial reporting, process improvement or other related function.
  • Min 1 to 2 years of experience building reports in PowerBI, Excel and data transformation through PowerQuery or Excel Macros.
  • Min 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP and Service Now.
  • Knowledgeable on process excellence methodologies and quality tools.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Good leadership skills and a strong team player.
  • Adequate ability to perform, interpret, analyze and create data visualizations.
