We are seeking for a Financial Reporting Team Manager to join Tnuva’s Finance Division – a key role with real impact at the heart of one of Israel’s leading food companies.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of CPAs, controllers, and assistant controllers, and take part in complex financial operations across the group’s subsidiaries and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a professional team (CPAs, controllers, assistant controllers)
• Consolidation and financial reporting across subsidiaries and group activities
• Prepare financial statements and tax reports
• Analyze financial data and compile monthly reports
• Provide financial oversight and support across various departments
• Work closely with external auditors
• Participate in cross-organizational finance projects
• Work in accordance with IFRS standards

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role – mandatory
• Proven experience preparing financial reports under IFRS – mandatory
• High-level proficiency in Excel – mandatory
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience managing finance professionals – strong advantage
