About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Consolidation & Reporting:
• Prepare and consolidate company performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate updates for stakeholders.
• Fundraising Support:
• Assist in fundraising activities, including managing Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs), preparing investor decks, and supporting investor communications.
• Financial Modelling & Budgeting:
• Update financial models with the latest historical performance vs. projections.
• Support in creating annual, quarterly, and rolling monthly budgets, and monitor budget vs actual performance.
• Revenue & Cash Flow Analysis:
• Track Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and analyze revenue trends, contracts, and sales pipeline projections.
• Conduct cash flow planning based on MRR, AR, and expenses.
• Expense Analysis & Forecasting:
• Work closely with teams to forecast G&A expenses, manage manpower budgeting, and track accrued/prepaid expenses.
• HoldCo Financial Oversight:
• Monitor and forecast financials for the holding company, including P&L tracking and expected cash outflows to subsidiaries.
• Relationship Management:
• Liaise with HoldCo management service providers and key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investor relations
• Strong financial modeling and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics like MRR, churn, LTV, CAC (if applicable)
• Exposure to managing Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) and investor presentations
• Strong communication skills for investor and internal stakeholder engagement
• Proficient with financial tools like QuickBooks (BI tools a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Certifications like CFA, CPA, or MBA are a plus
