Want a seat at our table? We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our business. Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A Manager will be a critical partner in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. This role will collaborate closely with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership as they grow in the role. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

The Main Course – Responsibilities

• Support the CFO in the company’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Analyze business drivers, financial results, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with department leaders to support financial decision-making and track KPIs.
• Assist in enhancing reporting processes, dashboard development, and financial systems/tools.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, including support for pricing strategies, capital allocation, and M&A.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close processes and variance analysis.
• Support investor relations efforts with data and analysis as needed.

What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
• SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning tools (e.g. NetSuite, SpreadSheet Server) and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to translate complex data into business insights.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and grow into greater ownership.
