We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead the financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives across the Group. This role will be responsible for

financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, collaborating closely with senior management to provide insights that drive business decisions and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis function, including monthly forecasts, quarterly reviews, annual budgets, and long-term financial planning.
• Work with senior management to ensure accurate financial forecasts, manage budgets, and provide data-driven insights.
• Prepare financial models, conduct variance analysis, and produce regular reports to track financial performance against targets.
• Utilize experience in Business Intelligence (BI), RPA, and finance digital transformation to streamline financial processes and enhance automation.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that optimize operations and support strategic objectives.
• Manage reporting to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and support ad-hoc financial projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, ideally within fintech, payments, or technology industries.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable business insights.
• Proficient in advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Audit experience or a background in financial reporting is advantageous but not required.
