Video Strategic Planning Analyst

Pay range: $55-$60.45/HR
Our client is a globally recognized technology leader, known for its innovation in consumer electronics, software, and services. They are seeking a highly motivated Video Strategic Planning Analyst to support their Video subscription business, working on strategy, business initiatives, market intelligence, and reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, cross-functional team while contributing to the success of a global business.
As a Video Strategic Planning Analyst, you will be pivotal in supporting key business initiatives, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that drive the growth and performance of the Video subscription business. Your work will have significant visibility, and you will interact regularly with senior leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Growth Initiatives: Support research, subscription modeling, business case development, and presentation of new Video growth opportunities.
Business Performance: Track and monitor key retention metrics and leading indicators, collaborating with business leads, data analysts, and finance teams to generate actionable insights and contribute to forecasting processes.
Executive Communications: Create and update Keynotes and other presentation materials for business reviews, ensuring clear communication of strategies and results to senior executives.
Market Intelligence: Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team to stay informed on developments in the SVOD market and integrate relevant insights into strategic decision-making.
Ad-hoc Support: Provide analytical and strategic support to the Senior Director, Video as needed.
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in subscription-based businesses, with a deep understanding of funnel metrics, pricing, and tiering—preferably within the Video SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) industry.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messages for senior leaders.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
