We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Analyst to join our team at Funding Futures. This role is pivotal in supporting our daily financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of merchant transactions, managing account reconciliations, and assisting with collections and merchant support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. New hires will be supported in their role, with comprehensive training provided to ensure success.

Duties

• Download and record daily payments received from merchants, ensuring all transactions are accurately entered into our system.
• Assist in setting up new merchant debit schedules and make adjustments as required.
• Prepare and initiate wire transfers and ACH transactions as directed.
• Track all outgoing and incoming transfers and document transactions accordingly.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets that track merchant payments and bank account transactions.
• Regularly review and audit data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and organize merchant files for legal review in cases of default.
• Create and submit UCC filings as required to protect the company’s interest.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to spot discrepancies
