Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
Manage the financial planning and analysis function to support key decision-making processes
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Manage cash flow, investments, and liquidity to optimize the financial health of the organization
Conduct risk assessment and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets
Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and profitability
Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with a proven track record of success
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles
Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and financial software
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
