Senior Project Manager position in Malaysia
Localization advantage: It is required to be a local Chinese in Malaysia/proficient in both Chinese and English, familiar with local regulations, cultural customs, and business environment, and able to utilize local resources to promote project development.
1、 Job Description
1. Customer communication and relationship maintenance: Skilled in handling complex communication affairs at the customer interface, responding quickly to project customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of customer demands, and maintaining good customer relationships.
2. Project schedule and technical management: Strictly control the project schedule in an efficient manner, quickly develop and execute a reasonable project progress plan, coordinate resources from all parties, and fully promote the project to move forward according to established goals, ensuring timely delivery of the project.
3. Compliance with regulations and project acceptance: Conduct in-depth research and comply with local regulations in Malaysia to ensure full compliance during project implementation. Responsible for organizing and completing project acceptance work, eliminating project operational risks, ensuring smooth project closure and orderly development of subsequent stages.
2、 Job requirements
(1) Mandatory requirement
1. Work experience: More than 8 years of project management experience is preferred, with 3 years or more of experience in financial project management in Malaysia being preferred.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Major: Priority will be given to majors related to finance, management, software technology, etc.
4. Work experience: Possess rich experience in cross departmental project management, able to effectively address communication and collaboration challenges in complex organizational structures.
5. Project experience: Successfully led and delivered at least 3 large-scale projects, familiar with project lifecycle management, and have practical experience in handling project emergencies.
6. Industry experience: With extensive project management experience in the financial industry, familiar with the operational processes and standards of local banking projects in Malaysia.
(2) Professional/technical ability requirements and proficiency level
1. Project management ability: Proficient in project management tools, able to use tools for project planning, progress tracking, and risk management, with PMP management certification.
2. Regulatory knowledge: Have a deep understanding of local financial regulations and project management regulations in Malaysia, and be able to accurately comply with regulatory requirements during project execution.
3. Technical management ability: Possess strong technical problem analysis skills, able to manage technical teams and provide strong support for project decision-making, timely identify potential project risks and develop response strategies.

1. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate efficiently and clearly with customers, internal teams, and partners, especially when dealing with complex issues and responding to complaints, possessing good communication skills and customer service awareness.
