Summary

Green Street’s IJGlobal Data Operations team is seeking a candidate who can display initiative and attention to detail to track , research and record global infrastructure finance transactions, assets and funds.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data by reviewing and updating our core datasets, for analysing market trends and for regular, and ad-hoc reporting.

Successful candidates will show enthusiasm for building expertise in project finance and infrastructure markets, with ongoing training and support provided for this.

Job Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for data input and management in the regions and sectors assigned to you
  • Monitor IJGlobal news and research, and third-party sources for information related to transactions, assets, companies and other datasets
  • Retroactively cleanse your data for inaccuracies or omissions based on subsequent information obtained
  • Maintain JIRA data management in real time
  • Other duties as requested by the immediate manager

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to read large amounts of written-word and numerical sources of financial data very quickly and interpret this as trained
  • Exceptional online research skills with advanced search engine familiarity
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform accuracy checks and to make sure the final product follows the pre-agreed standards
  • Аbility to cross-check and validate information
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or related subjects
  • Excellent grasp of English

Compensation, Benefits And Work Authorization

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Bulgaria without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The Current Offer

  • Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote
  • Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm EEST
