💼 About the Role:

As Finance Controller, you will oversee all financial aspects of the business, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and efficient financial operations across multiple construction projects. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and liaising with senior leadership to drive financial performance and compliance.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing.

Ensure accurate project costing and reporting across all construction contracts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of project accounting and cost control.

Solid knowledge of construction finance workflows, including WIP reporting and contract billing.
