Financial Controller for a Leading Hotel Group in the Netherlands Location: The Hague (Den Haag), Netherlands Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 (Negotiable) Key Financial role within a unique operation Responsibilities: Managing daily finance administration Training of new accounting and finance staff Overseeing a portion of payroll administration Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable Preparing payments by generating payment orders Conducting checks on turnover and cash reconciliations Maintaining the quality of general ledger and sub-administrations Compiling periodic reports and management information Providing valuable input at departmental and other meetings Requirements: Minimum HBO-level education with completed MBA/SPD or HHS education complemented by additional financial training Strong analytical skills and a sharp business acumen Ability to influence and persuade effectively Previous experience in a similar financial position is preferred Enthusiasm and a genuine affinity for the hotel industry Proficiency in bookkeeping Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (knowledge of Microsoft Business Solutions, Navision, is a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: €60.000,00 - €80.000,00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Are you comfortable living or commute to Den Haag?
