• Location: Longview, Texas - Onsite
• Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base + annual performance bonus + LTIP
• Schedule: Full-time, on-site with occasional remote flexibility

What will your day look like?

• Financial Oversight: Lead all aspects of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Product & Job Costing: Develop and refine costing models that reflect the complexity of highly customizable manufacturing workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, sales, and engineering to analyze margins, identify efficiencies, and support pricing strategies.
• ERP Management: Drive financial data integrity and optimization within the company’s ERP system.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls as the business scales.

Who are you?

• Manufacturing Experience: At least 7 years in manufacturing finance, ideally in job-shop or custom production settings.
• Cost Accounting Expertise: Deep knowledge of product costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
• ERP Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and optimizing ERP platforms (e.g., Epicor, SAP, NetSuite).
• Business Partner Mentality: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
