Roles & Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the CEO / senior management, the person will be responsible for leading the Finance and Accounts function, ensuring the accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory norms and implementing and maintaining a robust internal control system

• Financial Reporting and Budgeting o Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards o Conduct a robust annual budgeting exercise, working with cross functional heads to ensure prudent planning o Monitor variances from budget and implement corrective actions if necessary o Analyse key performance metrics and provide insights to support decision making and improve key metrics

• Compliance o Stay up-to-date with updated accounting standards and rules notified by RBI and other regulators from time to time o Ensure financial reporting is in line with updated regulations at all times

• Audit o Coordinate and manage audits, including statutory, internal and tax audits, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing o Address audit findings and implement actions to enhance financial controls

• Treasury and Cash Management o Interact closely with lenders and other financial institutions to optimize balance sheet yield and ensure availability of funds as needed

• Investor Relations o Maintain relationships with investors and ensure transparent sharing of information in the form of regular MIS reports
