As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting, managing cash flow, and contributing to the development of financial strategies that support the company's goals.

What you will do:

• Oversee Group reporting tasks and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate monthly and annual financial closings from a Group reporting perspective.
• Engage in day-to-day activities, providing ad-hoc feedback on various business topics.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports for relevant authorities.
• Maintain high-quality and accurate financial information.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow position.
  
  
  

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in Controlling and IFRS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stress management skills.
