Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. You will play a critical role in financial leadership, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory reporting requirements and maintain robust internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, banks, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar senior-level financial management role, preferably within fintech, financial services, trading firms, or related sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Proven ability in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience managing financial compliance and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
