With an office less than a 10-minute walk from South Station, steps from the vibrant seaport district of downtown Boston, our client is an established B2C marketing and sales-driven organization with a global presence and multiple foreign/legal entities. They seek driven and curious individuals to join their team.

This VP-level position will step into the Controller role with 15-20+ direct reports and a clear path to a C-level role in the next few years.

If you're at the Director Level or higher, looking for your next challenge, and have experience overseeing international accounting efforts and revenues nearing $1 billion or more, this may be for you.

Must have experience:

• BS Accounting or Finance
• 10-15+ years of accounting/finance leadership
• International/Global Companies with many foreign entities
• Responsible for revenues of $500 million to $1 billion plus
• Sales-driven/revenue-driven environment where speaking up and giving/accepting constructive feedback to drive the business forward is rewarded

Nice to have/preferred:

• MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree/cert
• Foreign Exchange Rate expertise (FX forward contracts, leveraging FX to increase revenues)
• VAT/Vendor payments
• AP/AR oversight
