Summary

Primary Responsibility:


Provide timely reporting, analytical support and play a key role in business partnering with the Americas go-to-market and cross-functional teams.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate analysis and reporting of monthly financial results and projections for the Americas business
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and three-year strategic outlook
  • Prepare and distribute various reports for internal stakeholders:
  • Weekly sales orders / shipments reporting
  • Consolidated monthly financial reporting
  • Quarterly reporting
  • OPEX Functional forecasting and analysis
  • Improve processes, leveraging OneStream and Power BI tool functionality to improve close analysis, forecast processes and reporting capabilities
  • Support working capital and capex management
  • Provide ad hoc reports and analysis in support of key business partners
  • Will periodically support the global FP&A team in preparing reports and analyses, gaining visibility to the enterprise-wide operations and financials


Required Qualifications:


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 1 – 3 years’ related experience, includes any combination of public accounting, private manufacturing, and/or international/multi-location organization
  • Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel PowerPoint

  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

  • This is a hybrid position located in Oak Brook, IL (2 – 3 days/week onsite)
  • Sit/stand/walk 8-10 hours a day
  • Able to wear personal protective equipment (if entering designated manufacturing areas)- safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
  • Estimated 5% travel (Mostly Domestic)
