Responsibilities:

• Deal Origination & Structuring: Source funding from Banks, NBFCs, PE, VC, and Angel Investors. Conduct client assessments and tailor financial solutions.
• Financial & Credit Analysis: Perform financial modeling, risk evaluations, and credit assessments to support investment decisions.
• Pitch Deck & Investor Documentation: Create investor-ready presentations, PIMs, and financial proposals, ensuring alignment with investor requirements.
• Investor & Lender Engagement: Build relationships, manage negotiations, and drive due diligence to close deals successfully.
• Execution & Post-mandate Activities: Oversee due diligence, compliance checks, and post-deal execution, ensuring smooth investor relations.
• Market Research & Insights: Track funding trends, provide sectoral insights, and prepare competitive intelligence reports.

Qualifications:

·        Strong financial modelling, risk assessment, and deal structuring skills.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·        Experience managing investor relations and transaction cycles.
