Join the mission as Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst contributes to NetSPI’s success by handling reporting, assisting in the annual planning process, and performing analysis to support decision making. The position ensures business performance is accurately reported and budget managers have the financial data they need to manage their functional areas. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Sales Ops, Client Management, and Accounting to ensure actual and forecasted revenue calculations are correct 
  • Distribute accurate financial reports to stakeholders in a timely manner 
  • Perform analysis to support decision making and improve profitability 
  • Prepare forecasts and monthly reporting documents 
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests 
  • Recommend and lead process and/or system improvements that contribute to more efficiency and/or better accuracy 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Based in Twin Cities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar 
  • Solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles 
  • 1 to 3 years of financial planning, analysis and reporting experience 
  • 1 to 3 years of building financial models 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Self-starter, detail oriented and accurate 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Adaptive Insights knowledge 
  • NetSuite knowledge 
  • Salesforce knowledge 
  • Experience in professional services business
