Job Title: Financial Analyst T1 (USA)

Duration: 12 Months with Possible extension

Location: St. Louis Park, MN (Hybrid – Onsite as Needed)

Pay Rate: $25 - $29/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst T1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance-related roles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. This role will support financial operations, order processing, and customer billing functions within our Order-to-Invoice (O2I) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) teams at Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS). The candidate must be based in Minnesota and be available to work on-site as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming orders, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Independently execute operational and transactional finance tasks while addressing customer inquiries.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reconciliations.
• Create, post, and reconcile intercompany transactions in compliance with SAP Accounting Guidelines.
• Administer customer contracts, including maintaining customer master data, processing bookings, invoicing, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
• Analyze pending billing and resolve potential quality issues to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or coursework) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in finance or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate-Advanced level) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-driven mindset.
• Proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Experience with SAP systems is a plus but not required.
