What You'll Be Doing

• Provide financial/business support to the Sales organization, as well as financial analysis on projects, business opportunities, P&L, working capital, and rebate programs
• Support leadership in the annual budget process, working closely with business partners across functions
• Assist in the monthly close process to ensure accuracy in financials
• Consolidate financial reporting to support Sales and corporate reporting
• Prepare various ad-hoc reports and analyses upon request
• Assist with financial modeling improvements in planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives, and accurately capture changing business economics and structure
• Support the day-to-day efforts of the department
  
  

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of related experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
• Understanding of Financial Statements: Income Statement and Balance Sheet
• Ability to take direction well, work independently often, and manage multiple priorities and assignments in a timely and efficient manner
• Problem-solving skills to help in generating innovative & effective solutions geared towards addressing the needs of the department and internal customers
• Ability to meet high-pressure deadlines when necessary
• High sense of professionalism, as this is a highly visible role and interacts with senior leadership team
• Flexible and sets high standards for work responsibilities
• Ability to adapt easily to change
• "Can-do" mentality with a strong sense of teamwork and thrives in a dynamic environment
