About The Role

Realm Health is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance department on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and experience in budget forecasting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in analyzing financial data, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Your expertise in accounting and valuation techniques, combined with advanced Excel proficiency, will help drive accurate insights and actionable recommendations that impact the company's overall performance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support key business decisions and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate potential opportunities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets while analyzing variances to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Perform valuation analyses using advanced quantitative techniques to assess investment opportunities or business ventures.
• Analyze market trends, financial results, and key performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations.
• Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to manage and manipulate large datasets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and budget forecasting.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, including advanced functions such as macros, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Solid background in accounting principles and data analysis techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies and quantitative financial tools.
• Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  

The Pay Range For This Role Is

75,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Dallas)
