We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Business Planning Analyst professional to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving business performance through financial planning, enterprise valuation, and strategic support. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in management accounting and business planning, with solid experience in mergers & acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for business planning and financial forecasting activities
• Perform management accounting and analysis to guide operational and strategic decisions
• Assist in the evaluation of potential M&A opportunities and support enterprise value assessment
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business insights
• Prepare detailed financial models, budget reports, and variance analyses
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and business cases
• Manage data for cost analysis, profitability, and other performance metrics
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Support cross-functional projects related to operational efficiency and growth

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent experience in Management Accounting
• Has a progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business management
• Strong background in business planning, budgeting, and financial strategy
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise valuation, especially in M&A activities
• Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, etc.)
